Please note, flat fee rates do NOT include the following:

Court filing fees, deposition charges, fines or court costs associated with any conviction, toxicologist or expert witness fees, mileage and parking fees for cases 80+ miles outside of Centre County, and any excessive telephone or postal charges incurred as a result of representation.

While rates are subject to change, the rate you are quoted is the rate you will be charged.

One third of the flat fee will be required as retainer.
